Mr. David L. Goodin, also known as Dave, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of MDU Resources Group Inc. since January 4, 2013. Mr. Goodin served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of WBI Holdings Inc. since May 2017 until October 16, 2017. Mr. Goodin served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Great Plains Natural Gas Co. until January 4, 2013. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Cascade Natural Gas Corp. since June 6, 2008. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co., Inc. until January 4, 2013. He has held a number of executive positions with both operational and functional responsibilities, including president of EQT Midstream Operations. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Intermountain Gas Company since October 1, 2008. Mr. Goodin joined Montana-Dakota Utilities in 1983 as an Electrical Engineer and served a number of senior positions such as Vice President of operations since January 2000 and Executive Vice President of Operations and Acquisitions since January 2007, Electric Systems Manager since April 1999, Electric Systems Supervisor effective since August 1993, Electric Superintendent since February 1989 and Division Electrical Engineer since May 1983. He served as President of Cascade after MDU Resources acquisition since July 2007. He has been a Director of MDU Resources Group Inc. since January 4, 2013. Mr. Goodin serves as a Director of American Gas Association. His civic involvements include: Chambers of Commerce, the Montana State University-Billings College of Business Advisory Board and the YMCA. Mr. Goodin earned an Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer. He also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. He completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program in 2006.

Mr. Jason L. Vollmer has been Chief Financial Officer of MDU Resources Group Inc since September 30, 2017. Mr. Vollmer has been Vice President of MDU Resources Group Inc. since March 19, 2016. Mr. Vollmer has been its Treasurer since November 29, 2014. Mr. Vollmer served as Chief Accounting Officer of MDU Resources Group Inc until September 30, 2017. He served as Director of Cash and Risk Management at MDU Resources Group Inc. since November 29, 2014. Mr. Vollmer joined MDU Resources in 2005 as a Financial Analyst. He held a number of accounting and finance positions with increasing responsibility, most recently as Manager of the Treasury, Cash and Risk Management Department. Mr. Vollmer has worked closely with Doug in the past five years and has developed the necessary expertise to lead the Treasury, Cash and Risk Management areas. He has developed strong relationships with banking and risk management partners. Mr. Vollmer holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Minot State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Nicole A. Kivisto has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. since January 9, 2015. Ms. Kivisto has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Intermountain Gas Company; Cascade Natural Gas Corporation and Great Plains Natural Gas Co. since January 9, 2015. She served as Vice President of Operations for Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. from January 3, 2014 to January 8, 2015. Ms. Kivisto served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of MDU Resources Group Inc. from February 17, 2010 and also as its Controller from December 1, 2005 to January 3, 2014. She served as a Financial Analyst IV of MDU Resources Group, Inc. Ms. Kivisto provides overall management for the internal financial control and financial planning functions. She also provides assistance to the operating companies in developing and maintaining an effective internal control structure at MDU Resources Group Inc. Ms. Kivisto has been with MDU Resources since 1995, starting as a financial analyst in the corporate accounting department and served as a Financial and Investor Relations Analyst in the investor relations department, in which she prepared presentations for the financial and investment community and assisted in shareholder relations. In 2003, she was promoted to her current position in the corporate planning department. Ms. Kivisto has participated in several MDU Resources leadership programs, including the People Building People Mentoring Program, the Women's Advisory Board and the Chairman's Conference. In 2002, she was one of MDU Resources' Summit Award winners. Ms. Kivisto is active in the community, serving on the Solheim Elementary PTO and as a Sunday School teacher at Faith Lutheran Church. She is a certified public accountant. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota-Moorhead and is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management Minnesota Executive Program.

Mr. Dennis L. Haider has been an Executive Vice President of Business Development at MDU Resources Group Inc. since June 1, 2013. Since 2008, Mr. Haider has been Executive Vice President of marketing, gas supply and business development for MDU Resources' utility group. His work experiences cover over 40 years in the energy, construction and economic development fields with the majority of that period serving in various executive positions within the MDU Resources Group family of companies. His energy experience covers all facets of oil, gas and electricity, from production and generation through transmission, processing and utility distribution applications. Particular areas of emphasis include natural gas, energy marketing, mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategy development and deployment. He joined Montana-Dakota Utilities in 1978, working in positions of increasing responsibility in the natural gas division, including leadership of gas supply and transportation, strategic planning and regulatory affairs. His leadership experience extends across other MDU Resources companies, including vice president of operations for WBI Energy and president of both Prairielands Energy Marketing and WBI Energy Services. He serves as a Director of Wenck Associates, Inc.

Mr. Daniel S. Kuntz, also known as Dan, has been the General Counsel and Secretary of MDU Resources Group Inc. since January 09, 2016. Mr. Kuntz has been Vice President at MDU Resources Group Inc. since January 01, 2017.

Warren Robinson serves as the Executive Vice President and CFO of MDU Resources Group, Inc.. Warren started at MDU Resources Group, Inc. in August of 1992. Warren currently resides in Bismarck, North Dakota Area.

Anne Jones serves as the Vice President Human Resources of MDU Resources Group, Inc.. Anne started at MDU Resources Group, Inc. in January of 2016. Anne currently resides in Bismarck, North Dakota Area.
