Ms. Lorraine D. Miller, CFA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President and MidSouth Bancorp, Inc. and MidSouth Bank, N.A. since May 24, 2017. Ms. Miller serves as Financial Controller at CE Australia Pty Ltd. She served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at MidSouth Bancorp, Inc. and MidSouth Bank, N.A. from February 2010 to May 24, 2017 and served as its Treasurer since January 2013 to May 24, 2017. She served as the Head of Investor Relations at Westpoint Stevens Inc. She assisted in the December capital raise and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Security Bank Corp. From 1986 to 2002, she served as a Senior Sell-Side Equity Research Analyst following consumer product companies for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Research Division and SunTrust Equitable Securities, Research Division. Her research was recognized through inclusion to the Institutional Investor's All-American Research Team and The Wall Street Journal's All-Star Analysts Team. During this period, she participated in numerous capital market transactions, including both equity capital and debt financing, as well as assisting on merger and acquisition transactions. From 2002 to 2009, she served as Senior Vice President and Director of Investor Relations at Westpoint Stevens Inc. and Security Bank Corporation, where she had direct responsibility for all external financial communications, was the primary spokeswoman and was a liaison with the board of directors regarding strategic issues including capital structure and acquisitions and divestitures. She is a Charter Financial Analyst and Member of the CFA Institute, the Atlanta Financial Analyst Society and the National Investor Relations Institute. Ms. Miller holds an MBA from Georgia State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emory University.

Mr. Kade G. Peterson has been Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of MidSouth Bancorp, Inc. since May 24, 2017. Mr. Peterson served as Chief Information Officer of MidSouth Bancorp, Inc. since May 24, 2017 until July 27, 2017. Mr. Peterson has been Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at MidSouth Bank, N.A. since May 24, 2017 and has been its Chief Information Officer since April 27, 2017. Mr. Peterson served as the Chief Operating Officer of USAmeriBank, Inc. since August 19, 2014 and also served as its Executive Vice President. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at USAmeriBancorp, Inc. He has over 25 years of financial industry experience and served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology Executive at Spokane, Wash.-based Sterling Savings Bank. Prior to Sterling Bank, he served in various capacities for Zions Bancorporation. He serves as Vice Chairman of Board and Director at PaymentsNation.
