Mr. Scott A. Trebilcock has been Chief Development Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. since December, 2014. Mr. Trebilcock served as Vice President of Business Development & Investor Relations at Nevsun Resources Ltd. since September 15, 2010. He has over 14 years of experience in the metallurgical, mining and materials industries. He served as a Vice President of Investor Relations & Business Development at Nautilus Minerals Inc. from September 1, 2007 to October 1, 2010. He served as a Manager of PRTM Management Consultants, Boston MA from 2001 to 2007. He served as a Process Engineer with Hatch Associates from 1994 to 1997, where he earned his Professional Engineering license. He moved to Noranda Inc., where he marketed for the zInc. and copper assets. Mr. Trebilcock helped start-up a joint venture with Dupont Canada in 2000 and left Noranda in 2001. MA. From 2002 to 2007, he consulted to Fortune 100 chemicals, materials and energy firms to help drive value from mergers, acquisitions and other large change projects. He holds an MBA degree.

Ryan MacWilliam worked for X2 Resources LLP (???X2???). Prior to X2, Mr. MacWilliam worked at Anglo American, where he had a variety of finance roles in the copper, platinum and iron ore divisions in South Africa, the UK and the USA. Mr. MacWilliam is a CFA with a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
