Mr. Scott J. Montross has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Northwest Pipe Co. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Montross served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Northwest Pipe Co since May 23, 2011 until December 2012 and since May 23, 2011 respectively. He has extensive industry and operations experience. He served as an Executive Vice President of Flat Products of Evraz Inc. NA with commercial and operational responsibilities for the Oregon Steel Division, Claymont Steel Division and the Regina Steel Division. Mr. Montross served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Portland Steelworks of Evraz Oregon Steel Mills, Inc. (formerly, Oregon Steel Mills Inc.) since June 2, 2003 and was responsible for the sales and marketing of its plate and coil products. Mr. Montross served as Vice President and General Manager, Oregon Steel of Evraz Inc. NA. He served as Vice President of Sales for National Steel Corporation since July 2002 where he was responsible for all commercial and marketing activity. He served at National Steel Corporation in various positions in the Commercial organization, including Manager, Sheet Sales-Chicago DSO from July 1997 to September 2000 and General Manager of Sheet Sales from October 2000 to July 2002. He was employed by National Steel Corporation from 1987 to 1993 and from 1996 to 2003. He served as Regional Sales Manager for Mitsubishi International from 1993 to 1996. He has been a Director of Northwest Pipe Co. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Montross is a graduate of Colgate University.

Ms. Robin A. Gantt has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Northwest Pipe Co. since January 20, 2011 and has been its Secretary since June 2015. Ms. Gantt served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer of Claymont Steel, Inc., a subsidiary of Evraz Inc. NA since March 17, 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She served as Vice President of Northwest Pipe Co. since January 20, 2011. She joined Northwest Pipe Co. in July 2010 as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. She served as the Corporate Secretary of Northwest Pipe Co. since January 20, 2011. She served as Corporate Controller of Oregon Steel Mills, Inc. from July 2005 to August 2007 which became Evraz Inc. NA after its acquisition by Evraz Group NA in January 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Evraz Inc. NA. from September1, 2007 to January 2010. Previously, Ms. Gantt served as Corporate Controller of Evraz Inc. NA. since 2005 and also served as its Financial Analyst, Assistant Plant Controller and Business Manager. She has been with Evraz Inc. NA since 1999.Prior to joining EOSM, she held accounting positions with Giffels-Webster Engineers and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. She had been Director of Claymont Steel, Inc. since January 2008. Ms. Gantt is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. William M. Smith, also known as Bill, has been Executive Vice President of Water Transmission at Northwest Pipe Company since April 2016. Mr. Smith served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Operations at Northwest Pipe Company since August 2013 until April 2016. Mr. Smith served as the President of Water Transmission Group of Ameron International Corp., since May 1, 2007 and served as its Senior Vice President, Manufacturing. He served as Vice President of Operations for Water Transmission from July 2010 to August 2013. Mr. Smith served as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Ameron International Water Transmission Group. He served as Senior Vice President, Operations of Ameron International Corp. since March 8, 2004 and served as its Group President- Infrastructure Products Group, since 2004. He has a broad range of management responsibilities and oversight of all business segments of Ameron International Corp. Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Manufacturing for Ameron's Water Transmission Group in Rancho Cucamonga, California. He joined Ameron in 1994 from L.B. Foster and Thompson Steel Pipe Company. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Northwest Pipe Co.

Miles Brittain serves as the Vice President of Operations - Water Transmission of Northwest Pipe Company. Miles started at Northwest Pipe Company in July of 2013. Miles currently resides in Portland, Oregon Area.

Aaron Wilkins serves as the VP of Finance and Corporate Controller of Northwest Pipe Company. Aaron started at Northwest Pipe Company in March of 2014. Aaron currently resides in Portland, Oregon Area.
