Mr. Robert C. Rowe, also known as Bob, Esq., has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Northwestern Corporation and NorthWestern Energy since August 2008. Mr. Rowe serves as a Counsel of Gallatin Public Affairs. Mr. Rowe has been Executive Director of Northwestern Corporation since August 13, 2008. Mr. Rowe co-founded and served as a Senior Partner at Balhoff, Rowe & Williams, LLC., from January 2005 to August, 2008. Mr. Rowe served as Chairman and Commissioner of the Montana Public Service Commission from 1993 to 2004. He is a Member and State Chairman of the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service; a member of the Federal-State Joint Conference on Access to Advanced Services; chairman of a thirteen state collaborative concerning structure of the wholesale telecommunications market in the Qwest region; and chairman of the Regional Oversight Committee (ROC) for U.S. WEST (now Qwest). He served as the President of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC). He has testified frequently before Congress and has consulted with and trained non-U.S. Energy and telecommunications regulators. He holds a BA from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, a JD from the University of Oregon, completed the Kennedy School Senior Executives' Program.

Mr. Curtis T. Pohl, also known as Curt, has been a Vice President of Distribution at Northwestern Corporation since 2003 and served as Vice President of its South Dakota/Nebraska Operations since June 2002. Mr. Pohl served as Vice President of Retail Operations at Northwestern Corp. from September 30, 2005 to May 2011. He served as Vice President of Engineering and Construction of Northwestern Corp. since June 1999. Mr. Pohl serves on the board of directors of various Northwestern subsidiaries.

Ms. Heather H. Grahame has been Vice President and General Counsel at Northwestern Corporation since August 2, 2010. Ms. Grahame has more than 26 years of legal experience, 20 years of which has focused on public utility law. Prior to joining NorthWestern, She was a veteran partner in Dorsey & Whitney, LLP, where she co-chaired its Telecommunications practice. She is the author of numerous presentations and articles covering a range of topics from climate change to shifts in national policy. She has been recognized for her pro bono service. Ms. Grahame holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Mr. Brian B. Bird has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Northwestern Corporation since December 2003. Mr. Bird served as Treasurer at LSP Energy Limited Partnership. Mr. Bird served as Treasurer at Northwestern Corp. since June 2009. He has 17 years of experience within the fields of corporate finance, treasury, accounting and mergers and acquisitions. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Principal of Insight Energy Inc. from 2002 to 2003. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of NRG Energy Inc. from 1997 to 2002. He also held financial management positions with Deluxe Corporation, Minnesota Viking Ventures, Inc., Northwest Airlines Inc. and Land O' Lakes, Inc. He served as Director of Northwestern Corp., from August 13, 2008 to January 30, 2009. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Cash Manager. Mr. Bird earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a double major undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin.
