Mr. Zvi Krieger has been an Executive Vice President of Electricity Segment at Ormat Technologies Inc. since July 9, 2014. Mr. Krieger served as an Executive Vice President of Geothermal Resource at Ormat Technologies Inc. from November 4, 2009 to June 2014. he served as an Executive Vice President of Geothermal Resource at Ormat Industries Ltd. since November 4, 2009 and served as Senior Vice President of Geothermal Engineering since September 20, 2007. He served as a Vice President of Geothermal Engineering at ORMAT Funding Corp. since January 2004. He served as a Senior Vice President of Geothermal Engineering at Ormat Technologies Inc. since September 20, 2007 and also served as its Vice President of Geothermal Engineering from July 1, 2004 to September 20, 2007 and Vice President of Geothermal Engineering of Ormat Systems, a subsidiary of Ormat Technologies Inc. from July 1, 2004 to September 20, 2007. He served as Vice President of Geothermal Engineering at Ormat Industries Ltd. from 2001 to June 30, 2004. He has been with Ormat Industries since 1981 and served as Application Engineer, Manager of System Engineering, Director of New Technologies Business Development and Vice President of Geothermal Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in 1980.

Mr. Shlomi Argas has been Executive Vice President of Operations and Products at Ormat Technologies Inc. since January, 2018. Under this role Mr. Argas is responsible for all Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Projects activities at Ormat. Mr. Argas served as an Executive Vice President of Projects at Ormat Technologies Inc. since July 9, 2014. Mr. Argas served as a Vice President of Ormat Technologies Inc. He served as a Vice President of Projects at Ormat Technologies Inc. from 2009 to June 2014. From 2006 to 2009, he served as a Manager of REG Projects Department and responsible for the design and installation of REG plants. From 1994 to 2006, he served as a Product Engineer of Product Engineering Department of Ormat. Mr. Argas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in 1992 and a Certificate from the Technology Institute of Management, Executive Management Program.

Barbara Allen serves as the VP Finance and Corp Services US of Ormat Technologies, Inc.. Barbara started at Ormat Technologies, Inc. in October of 2015. Barbara currently resides in Reno, Nevada Area.

Ram Orenstein serves as the Vice President, Business Development of Ormat Technologies, Inc.. Ram started at Ormat Technologies, Inc. in March of 2014. Ram currently resides in Reno, Nevada Area.
