Mr. Andres Dasso serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Pan American Silver Corp. and served as its Senior Vice President of Mining Operations. Mr. Dasso served as General Manager and Executive Director of Pan American Silver Peru S A, a subsidiary of Pan American Silver Corp. As Country Manager of Peru for Pan American, he has managed four mines that comprise the Pan American Silver Corp's Peruvian operations since 1995. He has over 27 years experience in the mining industry. Mr. Dasso serves as a Member of The Board of Directorsof the Peruvian Mining and Petroleum Society (SNMP). Mr. Dasso holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Mr. Steven Luis Busby, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Pan American Silver Corp., since May 13, 2008. Mr. Busby is responsible for Pan American's operations, projects, safety and corporate social responsibility within a large multi mine organization. Mr. Busby leads the construction of the Alamo Dorado mine in Mexico and is leading the expansion of the San Vicente mine in Bolivia and the construction of Pan American's eighth mine, Manantial Espejo, in Argentina. He is a Mineral Processing Engineer with nearly 30 years of experience in the precious metals mining business. He has participated in successful mine development and mine construction projects in Mexico, the United States, South Africa, Russia and throughout South America. Mr. Busby served as the Senior Vice President of Project Development and Technical Services of Pan American Silver Corp., since joining it in August 2003 until May 13, 2008. He served as a Principal of S.L. Busby Consulting from September 2001 to August 2003. He also served as a Vice President of Engineering and Director of Technical Services of Coeur Mining, Inc. from August 1998 to September 2001. Mr. Busby has previously held positions in a privately owned consulting firm, Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp., Amax Gold Inc., Meridian/FMC Gold Company and Nerco Minerals Company. He has been a Director of Ero Copper Corp. since July 27, 2016. He has been a Director of Anfield Gold Corp. since May 25, 2016. He has been a Director of Esperanza Resources Corp since February 2013. He is a Member of the Montana Tech Metallurgical Engineering Department Advisory Board. Mr. Busby holds a B.Sc. degree in Mineral Processing Engineering.

Wayne Vincent serves as the VP Accounting and Financial Reporting of Pan American Silver Corp.. Wayne currently resides in the Bellingham, Washington Area.
