Mr. R. Scott Meyers served as a Vice President at PDC Energy, Inc. has been its Chief Accounting Officer from April 2, 2009. Mr. Meyers served as the Interim Principal Financial Officer of PDC Energy, Inc. since July 1, 2016. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Petroleum Development Corporation (PDC Energy, Inc.)(formerly Petroleum Development Corporation) - Managing General Partner of Rockies Region 2007 Limited Partnership and Rockies Region 2006 Limited Partnership since April 2, 2009. Prior to Petroleum Development, Mr. Meyers served as a Senior Manager at Schneider Downs Co., Inc. from April 2008 to March 2009. From November 2002 to March 2008, he served at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the last two and one-half years served as Senior Manager. He holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Grove City College, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Daniel W. Amidon, also known as Dan, has been the General Counsel and Secretary at Petroleum Development Corporation (PDC Energy, Inc.) (formerly Petroleum Development Corporation) - Managing General Partner of Rockies Region 2007 Limited Partnership since July 2007 and has been its Senior Vice President since 2012. Mr. Amidon has an extensive experience in the areas of corporate law, contract negotiation, corporate governance, litigation management, mergers and acquisitions and risk management. He is an attorney with over 20 years of experience working with public and private companies. He served as Vice President of Law, General Counsel and Secretary of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. Mr. Amidon joined Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation beginning in July 2004. From 1992 to July 2004, he served for J&L Specialty Steel in positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately served as General Counsel and Secretary. He practiced with the Pittsburgh law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll PC from 1986 to 1992. Mr. Amidon holds BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia and JD from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Scott J. Reasoner has been the Chief Operating Officer of PDC Energy, Inc. since January 01, 2017. Mr. Reasoner served as Senior Vice President of Operations at PDC Energy, Inc. since January 1, 2015 until January 01, 2017. Mr. Reasoner served as Vice President of Western Operations at PDC Energy, Inc. until January 1, 2015. He has 30 years of progressive technical and management experience in the energy industry. He served as Vice President of Operations of Petroleum Development Corp. since April 2008 until January 2015. He joined PDC in April 2008 as Vice President of western operations. Before joining PDC, he served as a Business Unit Manager at Noble Energy Inc. where he was responsible for the mid-continent team. prior to his work with noble energy, Mr. Reasoner worked for patina oil and gas company. He served as Vice President of Operations (DJ Basin) at Patina Oil & Gas Corporation since March 2004. He served as Vice President of Patina Oil & Gas Corporation since March 2004. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Reasoner served as Division Operations Manager at Patina Oil & Gas Corporation. From 1996 to 2000, he served in various engineering positions for Patina Oil & Gas Corporation. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Petroleum Engineer for Snyder Oil Corporation. He served in various engineering and management positions for Vessels Oil & Gas Corporation. Mr. Reasoner received Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
