Mr. Jamie Tseng has been Managing Director of PEDEVCO Corp. since July 27, 2012. Mr. Tseng serves as the Managing Director of China Office at PEDEVCO Corp. He Co-founded Erin Energy Corporation in 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of PEDEVCO Corp. since July 27, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Energy Development of Blast Energy Services Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Erin Energy Corporation (formerly, Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc.) from May 7, 2007 to January 15, 2010. He served as Senior Vice President and Director of PEDCO from February 2011. Mr. Tseng served as Vice President and one of the founding partners at Erin Energy Corporation. He has 25 years of financial management and operations experience in the People's Republic of China, the Republic of China and the United States. He served as Senior Vice President of Blast Energy Services Inc. since July 27, 2012. From February 2000 to August 2005, Mr. Tseng served as Chief Financial Officer of General Energy Technologies Inc., a 'technology facilitator'' to Chinese industry serving the critical need for advanced energy technology and the growing demand for low cost high quality components. From 1998 to February 2000, Mr. Tseng served as Chief Financial Officer of Multa Communications Corporation, a California-based Internet service provider focusing on China. From 1980 to 1998, he held management positions with Collins Company, Hilton International, China Airlines and Tatung Company of America. From November 2011 to February 2015, Mr. Tseng served as an Executive Vice President of Pacific Energy Development Inc. From January 2009 to August 2010, Mr. Tseng was the Executive Vice President of Camac Energy International. From August 2005 to January 2009, Mr. Tseng served as the Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Pacific Asia Petroleum Inc. From August 2003 to August 2005, Mr. Tseng was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Histostem Inc. From February 2000 to August 2003, Mr. Tseng was the Executive Vice President of General Energy Technologies Inc. From January 1998 to August 2000, Mr. Tseng served as the Vice President of Multacom Telecommunication Inc. From January 1995 to January 1998, Mr. Tseng served as the President of Interjet International. He has been an Independent Director of Aoxin Tianli Group, Inc. since July 29, 2016. He served as a Director of Blast Energy Services Inc. since July 27, 2012. He served as a Director of PEDEVCO Corp. from July 27, 2012 to September 10, 2013. Mr. Tseng has served as Chairman of Brightening Lives Foundation since 2015. From January 1992 to January 2002, Mr. Tseng has served for Fullerton Chinese Culture Association. Mr. Tseng received a Bachelor's degree of Arts and graduated from Soochow University in 1976 with the specialty of Accounting.

Mr. Gregory L. Overholtzer, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Controller of PEDEVCO Corp. since May 1, 2016, June 2012 and January 2012 respectively. Prior to joining Pacific Energy Development, Mr. Overholtzer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Omni-ID Ltd. (Former Name: Omni-ID Cayman, Ltd) for 3 years. Mr. Overholtzer has nearly 30 years of financial management and administration experience to his role at Omni-ID. He served as a Corporate Controller of Genitope Corp., from February 2006 to August 8, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer from April 28, 2008 to August 8, 2008. He oversaw all finance and accounting functions, including SEC reporting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. He served as a Corporate Controller of Stratex Networks, Inc. Mr. Overholtzer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Polymenr Technology Group from September 1998 to January 2005. Previously, he served as a Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance titles at an impressive list of Northern California-based technology companies, including Stratex Inc., TeleSensory Corp., and Giga-tronics Inc. In these positions, he was responsible for financial, MIS and human resources functions, while implementing successful financial management, strategic planning and forecasting processes. He is also a Board Member of the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Alumni Chapter. He is Academic Relations Chair of the Silicon Valley Chapter of Financial Executives International. Mr. Overholtzer holds both an M.B.A. and B.A. in Zoology, from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Clark R. Moore serves as Chief Legal Advisor at Blackhawk Energy Ventures, Inc. Mr. Moore serves as President, General Counsel, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at CATACORE CORP. He has been Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at PEDEVCO Corp. (formerly, Blast Energy Services Inc.) since July 27, 2012. He has over 10 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Moore served as Secretary of PEDEVCO Corp. He served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Pacific Energy Development Corp. Mr. Moore served as Secretary and Corporate Counsel of Erin Energy Corporation. Mr. Moore served as Corporate Counsel of Pacific Asia Petroleum Inc. since May 2007 and Inner Mongolia Production Company LLC since September 2006. Mr. Moore served as Assistant Corporate Secretary at Pacific Asia Petroleum Inc. Prior to Pacific Asia, Mr. Moore served as an Attorney at the law firms of Venture Law Group and Heller Ehrman LLP, both in Menlo Park, California, where he specialized in general corporate and transactional law. He serves as Director at CATACORE CORP. Mr. Moore sits on the Board of Directors of Pathways Hospice Foundation, a San Francisco Bay Area not-for-profit foundation supporting the Sunnyvale, California-based Pathways Home Health, Hospice & Private Duty organization. Mr. Moore graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned his Juris Doctor degree with Distinction from Stanford Law School.
