Mr. Mario C. Ventresca, Jr., has been an Executive Vice President of Operations at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust since 2015.

Mr. Robert F. McCadden, also known as Bob, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust since May 17, 2004. Mr. McCadden was a Partner at KPMG LLP from May 2002 to 2004. He was an Audit Partner in the real estate practice at Arthur Andersen LLP since 1993. He joined the real estate practice at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1979 and was a Partner responsible for PREIT's audits from 1996 to 2001. He was an Audit Partner at American Financial Realty Trust, Brandywine Realty Trust and Keystone Property Trust. He has over vast experience as a Certified Public Accountant serving clients in the real estate industry. He has been an Independent Trustee of Universal Health Realty Income Trust since December 2013 and previously was an Audit Partner. Mr. McCadden served as an Independent Director of Independence Realty Trust, Inc. from February 28, 2011 to October 2017. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, International Council of Shopping Centers and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an Associate Member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. McCadden holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting from Temple University.

Mr. Jonathen Bell has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust since February 23, 2006 and February 2007 respectively. Mr. Bell joined Pennsylvania REIT in September 1999 as Vice President of Financial Services until February 2007 and its Corporate Controller since 2003. From 1997 to 1999, he served as controller for Washington REIT in Washington, D.C., a diversified REIT with a geographic focus on the Washington-Baltimore region. From 1989 to 1997, he was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP as an auditor and later as an audit manager. Mr. Bell earned a B.S degree in accounting from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Joseph J. Aristone serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Aristone serves as Chairman of Oaks Integrated Care Inc.
