I became Proactis' Chief Executive Officer in January 2019 and am responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy. I have been with Proactis since 2006 and became full-time Chief Financial Officer in 2015. I built up expertise within the small cap AIM listed market and have over 25 financial years' experience across numerous companies. I have also held senior positions within corporate finance at KPMG and as Commercial Director at Mountain Warehouse.

Sean became the group’s Chief Information Officer in January 2019, with responsibility for driving information technology strategy and implementation. Sean joined the Group as Director of Professional Services during 2005 from Azolve Limited, which he co-founded, and became Chief Operating Officer in 2008. Previous roles include Director of Professional Services for Coda Group plc, Head of Professional Services – Europe Silknet Limited and VP of Professional Services EMEA at Kana Communications.

Tripp became President of US operations in 2017 and is responsible for the company’s business operations spanning the US, Canada and APAC. Tripp was previously Chief Financial Officer of Perfect Commerce and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2010 to head up Perfect’s acquisition strategy. Tripp also has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, including the position of senior vice president for Wachovia Bank.

Craig joined Proactis as UK Managing Director in 2017, with responsibility for the company’s regional growth and customer success and retention. Craig has more than 25 years’ experience of commercial, operational and group management roles in software, manufacturing, construction and marketing groups. He occupied senior positions of CEO and COO in a number of UK-listed companies including 4imprint, RTS, Eleco, Altitude and Avacta.

Martial became Europe Market Director in 2017 and is responsible for business growth, customer retention and exceptional customer experiences in the region. Martial has more than 30 years of business development experience with procurement, finance and B2B solutions, for large international accounts. He was CEO of Answork, one of the first marketplaces for B2B eCommerce, in the early stage of this industry, and was responsible for business development with SOPRA-STERIA, a leader in IT services.

Len Kaplan serves as the Vice President of Sales for Managed Sourcing Services of PROACTIS. Len currently resides in the Orange County, California Area.

Dave Moyer serves as the Executive Vice President Global Support and Customer Care of PROACTIS. Dave currently resides in the Norfolk, Virginia Area.

Michael Ereli serves as the Vice President Professional Services of PROACTIS. Michael currently resides in the Houston, Texas Area.
