Mr. William Louis Lipsey, also known as Bill, has been the President and Head of Business Development & Client Service at Pzena Investment Management, Inc. since June 2007. Mr. Lipsey served as Head of Investor Relations at Pzena Investment Management, Inc. since June 2007 and served as its Managing Principal. Before joining Pzena Investment Management, Inc. in 1997, Mr. Lipsey was an Investment Advisory Consultant and a Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer & Company, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Lipsey's career included positions at Morgan Stanley, Kidder Peabody and Hewitt Associates. At Morgan Stanley and Kidder Peabody, he managed assets for institutional and private clients. He has been a Director of Pzena Investment Management, Inc since May 2011. Mr. Lipsey earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1980 and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1986.

Mr. John Paul Goetz has been the President and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Pzena Investment Management, Inc. since June 2007 and 2005 respectively. Mr. Goetz serves as a Portfolio Manager of Pzena Investment Management LLC. Mr. Goetz joined the firm in 1996 as Director of Research and has been Co-Chief Investment Officer since 2005. He is the Co-President, Co-Chief Investment Officer and Director of Vanguard Investment Series Public Limited Company. He serves as a Portfolio Manager of Pzena Investment Management LLC, Advisors Series Trust - Pzena Emerging Markets Value Fund and PACE Select Advisors Trust - PACE Large Co Value Equity Investments. He has been a Portfolio Manager of Russell Investment Company - Russell International Developed Markets Fund since June 2007. He is a Portfolio Manager of Russell Investment Company - Russell Tax-Managed International Equity Fund, John Hancock Capital Series - John Hancock Classic Value Fund and Wilshire Mutual Funds, Inc. - Large Company Value Portfolio. Mr. Goetz served as the Managing Principal and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Pzena Investment Management LLC-Sub Adviser of Kiewit Investment Fund LLLP. Previously, he held a range of key positions at Amoco Corporation for over 14 years and as the Global Business Manager for Amoco's $1 billion polypropylene business, where he had bottom line responsibility for operations and development worldwide. Prior positions at Amoco included strategic planning, joint venture investments and project financing in various oil and chemical businesses. Prior to joining Amoco, he was employed by The Northern Trust Company and Bank of America. He has been a Director of Pzena Investment Management, Inc. since May 2011. He earned a B.A. summa cum laude in Mathematics and Economics from Wheaton College in 1979 and an M.B.A. from J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in 1982.

Ms. Jessica R. Doran has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Pzena Investment Management, Inc. since July 1, 2016 and served as its Portfolio Accountant and Manager of Financial Reporting. Ms. Doran began her tenure at Pzena Investment Management in 2005 and has spent several years across various functions including operations, internal audit. She is Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Doran received her B.A. in Economics and Management from Gettysburg College in 2003 and an M.S. in Accounting from Fordham Graduate School of Business in 2014.

Mr. Gary J. Bachman, CPA has been the Chief Operating Officer since July 1, 2016 and served as a Chief Financial Officer from September 18, 2012 to July 1, 2016 at Pzena Investment Management, Inc. Previously, Mr. Bachman served as an Executive Director of the investment bank finance department at J.P. Morgan Chase from 2000 to 2008, overseeing strategy, planning, reporting and analysis for the global commodities group. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2008, Mr. Bachman worked in the structured capital market group at Barclays Capital and both the strategic transaction and accounting policy and external reporting groups at Lehman Brothers. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Bachman earned a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University in 1990 and 1998 respectively.

Mr. Scott Napier serves as the Head of intermediary distribution at Pzena Investment Management, Inc. since December 1st 2015. With more than two decades of retail asset-management experience, Mr. Napier is responsible for overseeing the growth of Pzena's distribution capabilities outside of institutional investors and building the intermediary business across channels. Previously, he held various leadership roles at OppenheimerFunds, Inc., including Divisional Director of the Southeast and National Sales Manager for the sub-advisory business.

Gary Bachman serves as the CFO of Pzena Investment Management. Gary started at Pzena Investment Management in September of 2012. Gary currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Jessica Doran serves as the Principal, Chief Financial Officer of Pzena Investment Management. Jessica started at Pzena Investment Management in July of 2016. Jessica currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
