Mr. John E. Breeden has been an Executive Vice President of Operations at Q2 Holdings, Inc. since February 2013. Mr. Breeden serves as Executive Vice President of Operations of Q2 Software, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Implementations at Q2ebanking, Inc. since November 2011 until February 2013. At Q2ebanking, Mr. Breeden was responsible for leading initiatives that continually enhance the overall implementation experience for its clients. Mr. Breeden also served as Vice President of Information Technology at Activant Solutions from June 2005 to October 2007 and Director of Corporate Planning from October 2002 to June 2005. From January 2002 to October 2002, Mr. Breeden served as an Enterprise Software and Process Optimization Consultant for The North Highland Company. From January 2001 to January 2002, Mr. Breeden served as Product Manager for Claria Corporation. Prior to joining Q2, he served in multiple roles where he delivered similar continuous improvement efforts while developing consistent and scalable processes and environments. He served as the Vice President of Corporate Services for Activant Solutions Inc., since October 2007 until July 2011, where he was responsible for driving maturity and scalability related to IT and Supply Chain functions. He served in multiple consulting positions primarily focused on enterprise software delivery and process optimization. He received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Odus Edward Wittenburg Jr., also known as Boogie, has been the President of Q2 Holdings, Inc. since August 22, 2016. Mr. Wittenburg served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Americas at Rackspace US, Inc. until August 22, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of SMB & LATAM Markets at Rackspace Hosting, Inc. and was responsible for sales, marketing and service delivery for cloud, apps and dedicated hosting. He served as Vice President and General Manager of SMB Business Unit at Rackspace Hosting, Inc. By building strong teams and fostering Rackspace's customer-oriented culture, he is working to ensure that they are always positioned to deliver Fanatical Support to its customers. He joined Rackspace in 2007 as Director of Corporate Development and served as its Vice President of Fanatical Support in Intensive Support group and as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions in Enterprise Business Unit. Prior to joining Rackspace, he served as the President and was Managing Partner of The Edwards Group. He has also built and managed SMB-focused sales and marketing group at TXU Energy and spent several years with enterprise software company Bowstreet. Mr. Wittenburg holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Jennifer N. Harris serves as Chief Financial Officer of Q2 Software, Inc. Ms. Harris is responsible for managing all aspects of the Q2 Software finances, as well as for supporting and enhancing Q2's growth initiatives by building scale and infrastructure within Q2. Ms. Harris has been the Chief Financial Officer of Q2 Holdings, Inc. since December 2013. Ms. Harris served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Q2 Holdings, Inc. from March 2013 to December 2013. Ms. Harris served as an Interim Corporate Controller for Blackbaud, Inc., a provider of software solutions to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions, from May 2012 to November 2012. From April 2005 to May 2012, She served in a number of finance and accounting roles-from Controller & Director of Finance to Vice President and Corporate Controller-for Convio, Inc., now a subsidiary of Blackbaud, Inc. and served as its Principal Accounting Officer from October 2010 to May 2012. She has over 22 years of corporate accounting and financial experience. From April 2003 to April 2005, she served as the Director of Finance & Administration and Corporate Treasurer for Motive, Inc., where she was responsible for all accounting, finance, human resources and administrative functions. From November 1998 to April 2005, Ms. Harris held a variety of financial positions with Motive, Inc. Ms. Harris holds a B.S. in Business with a Concentration in Accounting from Indiana University.

Mr. Robert H. Seale, III, also known as Hank, serves as Executive Chairman of Q2 Holdings, Inc. Mr. Seale is founder of Q2 Holdings, Inc. and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2005 until October 2013. He founded Q2ebanking Inc. in 2004 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was Co-founder of S1 Community and Regional eFinance Solutions Group and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded Regency Voice Systems, Inc. in 1991, where he realized that helping community banks retain their individuality and integrity would become his passion. He founded QUP Systems, Inc. He served as Divisional Chief Executive Officer of S1 Corporation until 2002. He served as President of the American Institute of Banking-Austin and served in managerial capacities in other industry associations. He served at The Bank of the Hills as Vice President of Operations. He served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Young Bankers Division at the Independent Bankers Association. He serves as Chairman of Q2ebanking. He has been the Chairman of CoreTrac, Inc. since July 2004. He serves as a Director of Guidefitter, LLC. He has been a Director of Q2 Holdings, Inc. since 2005. Mr. Seale holds BS degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University in 1984.
