Ms. Catherine J. Clark has been an Executive Vice President of Transactions at Ramco-gershenson Properties Trust since July 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President for Acquisitions since June 7, 2005. Ms. Clark is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing core acquisitions and non-core dispositions. She has been with Ramco-Gershenson since February 1997. She served as a Vice President of Farmington Mortgage, a subsidiary of the Fourmidable Group and Vice President of Amurcon Corporation. She is a licensed real estate broker with the State of Michigan. Ms. Clark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance from Walsh College.

Mr. Geoffrey Bedrosian, also known as Geoff, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust since December 17, 2015. Mr. Bedrosian is responsible for all of the Company's financial functions and leads the accounting, SEC financial reporting, capital markets, tax, investor relations and financial planning and analysis teams. Prior to that, he served as the Managing Director of Global Real Estate and Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., where Mr. Bedrosian managed the execution of public and private capital raises and M&A activity in excess of $45 billion. He was part of the lead underwriting team that advised Ramco-Gershenson on its secondary public offering in 2000 and has served as a lead manager on nearly all of its subsequent public capital offerings. Mr. Bedrosian earned an M.S. in Real Estate and Finance from New York University and a B.S. in Finance and Administration from Mercy College.

Mr. Edward A. Eickhoff has been Senior Vice President of Development of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust since July 28, 2015. Mr. Eickhoff served as Vice President of Development/Redevelopment of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust. Mr. Eickhoff's responsibilities include negotiating contracts with existing and new anchor tenants in the course of coordinating new development projects and the redevelopment of existing shopping centers for Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust. Mr. Eickhoff has been employed with Ramco-Gershenson since 1986. Mr. Eickhoff's Professional Affiliations include: Vice Chair for the Saugatuck Center for the Arts and a member of the Oakland University Economics Board of Advisors. State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers (Michigan); Professional memberships include the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Eickhoff is a graduate of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and is a Certified Leasing Specialist.

Mr. William Gershenson has been Vice President and Managing Director of Western Portfolio at Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust since August 18, 2015. Mr. Gershenson served as Vice President of Leasing at Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust until August 18, 2015. Mr. Gershenson supervised the anchor and shop leasing functions for Ramco-Gershenson Properties and was responsible for overseeing the generation of income through the execution of new leases and lease renewals. Mr. Gershenson provides support for new acquisitions and the disposition of existing assets, new development projects and the redevelopment of existing shopping centers. Mr. Gershenson joined Ramco-Gershenson in 2002. He is Chair of Michigan State ICSC Next Generation. His Professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and Board member for the West Bloomfield, Michigan Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Gershenson is also a Certified Leasing Specialist. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance.

Mr. Michael McBride has been Vice President and Managing Director of Eastern Portfolio at Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust since August 18, 2015. Mr. McBride served as Vice President of Asset Management at Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust until August 18, 2015. Mr. McBride is responsible for formulating and implementing an asset management strategy to maximize the profitability of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust's Mid-West shopping Center portfolio while focusing on maintaining and enhancing the value of each property. He is a responsible for the coordination of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust's value-added initiatives for core shopping centers in the Mid-West. Mr. McBride has been employed with the Ramco-Gershenson since July 2007. He served as Vice President of Real Estate and General Counsel for Franks' Nursery & Crafts, Inc. Mr. McBride is a graduate of Albion College in Albion, Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management is a graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law. Professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and the State Bar of Michigan.
