Mr. Ami Kraft has been Executive Advisor to the CEO at ReWalk Robotics Ltd. since January 2018. Mr. Kraft serveda s President of ReWalk Robotics Ltd. since August 2016. Mr. Kraft served as General Manager of Rewalk Robotics - Israel at ReWalk Robotics Ltd. since January 1, 2015. Mr. Kraft served as Senior Vice President of ReWalk Robotics Ltd. since July 2015. Mr. Kraft served as the Chief Financial Officer of ReWalk Robotics Ltd. from January 2009 to January 01, 2015 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Kraft served as the Chief Financial Officer of Visuality Systems Ltd. He served two years as Chief Financial Officer of Frutarom Ltd., with five overseas subsidiaries. He served for four years as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Zoran Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer of IC4IC. He served for Kulick And Soffa Ind. Inc. for 21 years in various high level positions, including, Vice President of Finance and Human Resources in the Israeli subsidiary, International Controller, in the USA headquarters, responsible for development and direct management of overseas financial controllers in Japan, Hong-Kong, England, Switzerland and Israel. He served four years as a senior auditor in an Israeli CPA company. He holds a BA degree from the Haifa University receiving his bachelorship in Public Accounting. Mr. Kraft has also graduated from the Stanford University with an MBA for executive management.

Mr. Kevin Hershberger has been Chief Financial Officer at ReWalk Robotics Ltd. since 2014. Mr. Hershberger served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Nxstage Medical, Inc. since June 25, 2013 until December 31, 2014 and served as its Controller since 2008 until December 31, 2014. Mr. Hershberger served as a Vice President of Finance at Nxstage Medical, Inc. since 2008. During his over six-year tenure, he led the financial operations, improved gross margins, participated in fund-raising activities and established a joint venture manufacturing operation in Germany. Prior to NxStage, he worked for nearly ten years in positions of increasing responsibility at the NYSE-listed Boston Scientific Corporation and served as Controller/Director of Finance Urology & Gynecology. He began his career as an accountant at the USG Corporation. Mr. Hershberger is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting and a Company Commander in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Ms. Miri Pariente has been Vice President of QA and Operations at ReWalk Robotics Ltd. since February 2, 2017. Ms. Pariente served as Vice President of Quality at ReWalk Robotics Ltd. since February 2015 until February 2, 2017 and also served as its Global Director of Quality since April 2013. Ms. Pariente joined ReWalk in April 2013. From 2012 to 2013, Ms. Pariente served as the Manager of Quality Assurance at NLT Spine Ltd., a developer of minimally invasive spine procedures, and from 2011 to 2012, served as the Manager of Quality Assurance at ProAccess Medical Ltd. From 2002 to 2010, Ms. Pariente served in multiple roles within American Medical Systems including Production Supervisor and Lean Leader. Ms. Pariente holds a B.A. in Business Management from Derby University, England.

Mr. John Vincent Hamilton serves as Consultant at ReWalk Robotics Ltd. since January 31, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Regulatory, Clinical, Reimbursement and Service from June 2012 to January 31, 2017. Mr. Hamilton served as Director of Spine Regulatory at Soteira Inc. from 2006 to 2012. He served a variety of management and engineering positions at Smith & Nephew, Tensegra, and Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Hamilton holds a B.Sc. in chemistry from Canisius College and a M.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University.

Phil Astrachan serves as the Vice President of Payer Relations of ReWalk Robotics, Inc.. Phil currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Andrew Dolan serves as the Vice President Of Worldwide Marketing of ReWalk Robotics, Inc.. Andrew currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
