Mr. Michael J. Foster, also known as Mike, JD is a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer at RFE Investment Partners. Mr. Foster joined RFE Investment Partners in 1989 after having represented it for over seven years. He has been actively engaged in the private equity industry since 1978. Previously, he was a Partner at O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell where he advised many private equity firms in scores of investment and acquisition transactions. Earlier, Mr. Foster was an Attorney at Debevoise and Plimpton. He serves as a Director of iMedX, Camino Modular Systems, ShelterLogic, Seed Holdings, Atrenne Integrated Solutions, Brook & Whittle, Extrusion Technology and Nudo Products. He has been Non-Executive Director at Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. since November 2010 and serves as its Lead Director. Mr. Foster has served on the Boards of Directors of more than portfolio companies of RFE Investment Partners. He served as a Director of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. from 2005 to December 1, 2012. He served as a Director of Healthcor Holdings Inc. since October 1991. He served as a Director of Res-Care Inc. since 2001; Community Health Systems Inc. and ReLife Inc. He served as a Director of Metalico Inc. since June 2001. He served on the Board of Directors of Sterling Health Care Corporation. He was a member of the Cornell Law Review and the Order of the Coif. Mr. Foster received Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.), magna cum laude, degrees from Cornell University.

Mr. Sean Gillick serves as a Vice President at RFE Investment Partners. In 2015, he rejoined the firm after the completion of his MBA. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Associate. Mr. Gillick joined the firm on July 19, 2010 and was an Associate at the firm. He served as Associate and Senior Associate from 2010 to 2013. Prior to joining RFE in 2010, he worked for three years at Harris Williams & Co. as an Analyst at Cobblestone|Harris Williams. Mr. Gillick is a graduate of The College of William and Mary, where he received a B.B.A., cum laude, degree in Finance and in Government and he received a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Ned Truslow is a Managing Director at RFE Investment Partners. He joined the firm in 2001. Mr. Truslow served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at an RFE portfolio company for 18 months during 2003 and 2004 where he was responsible for a significant improvement in the company's operations. Previously, Mr. Truslow was a Principal at Columbia Naples Capital ('CNC') for five years where he led several acquisition efforts at the firm and worked closely with numerous portfolio companies. Mr. Truslow has been actively involved in private equity since he joined Columbia Naples Capital as a Principal in 1996. He is currently a Director of Eagle Holding Company, Inc., AbelConn, GAPRC Group, Nudo Products, Atrenne, EnsembleIQ, JSI, PureRED, and TradeSource. Mr. Truslow has served on the Boards of Directors of several portfolio companies of RFE Investment Partners. He has done an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. in Management and International Relations from University of St. Andrews, Scotland.

Mr. Bill Bronander serves as a Vice President at RFE Investment Partners. He rejoined the firm in 2017, after completion of his MBA. Prior to this, he served as an Associate at the firm from 2013 to 2015. Prior to joining RFE in 2013, Mr. Bronander worked for two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey's Global Industrials Group and before that, two years as an Analyst in Goldman Sachs Equity Trade Management Group. Mr. Bronander received an MBA program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Lehigh University, where he received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, degree in Finance, Integrated Business and Industrial Engineering.

Mr. Paul R. Schilpp, RFE has been a Principal and Managing Director at RFE Investment Partners. Mr. Schilpp joined RFE Investment Partners in 2012 as a Principal. Previously, Mr. Schilpp was a Principal at North Cove Partners. Mr. Schilpp joined North Cove Partners in 2011. Prior to joining North Cove Partners, Mr. Schilpp was Vice President of Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE), where he worked for nearly five years. He was also employed at BAML Capital Partners which he joined in 2007. Prior to joining MLGPE, he served as an Associate at Weston Presidio. Mr. Schilpp has been actively involved in private equity since 2003. Previously, he served as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in their investment banking group. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Schilpp worked in the Investment Banking group of First Union Securities. He worked with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC. He serves as a Director of Camino Modular Systems, CBT, Lectrus, Grupo Converter S.A. de C.V., and JSI Store Fixtures. He serves as a Director of Squan Construction Services, LLC. He serves as a Director of Atrenne Integrated Solutions. He serves as a Director of Strategic Partners, Inc. and is involved with the investment in Provo Craft & Novelty. Mr. Schilpp holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, degree in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Donald A. Juricic, Don is a Managing Director at RFE Investment Partners. He joined the firm in 1985 initially as an Assistant Controller and was promoted several times, becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2000. Previously, Mr. Juricic worked at Control Data Corp. He has done an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Villanova University.

R Reiter serves as the Managing Director of RFE Investment Partners. R started at RFE Investment Partners in Jan of 1996. R currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
