Mr. Edward J. Richardson has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Richardson Healthcare since April 2006 and its Chief Executive Officer since 1996. Mr. Richardson has been the President of Richardson Electronics Ltd. since September 1989 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since April 2006. Mr. Richardson served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Richardson Electronics Ltd. since September 1989. He served as Acting General Manager of Electron Device Group at Richardson Electronics Ltd. He served as the President of Richardson Electronics Ltd. since April 2006. He served as the President of Richardson Electronics Ltd., from September 1989 to November 1996. He has been the Chairman of Richardson Healthcare since 1996 and serves as its Director. He has been a Director of Richardson Electronics Ltd. since 1965.

Mr. Robert J. Ben, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Richardson Electronics Ltd. since August 17, 2015. Mr. Ben has also been the Chief Accounting Officer of Richardson Electronics Ltd. since October 16, 2016. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Cobra Electronics Corporation since May, 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary since December 31, 2013. Mr. Ben served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Cobra Electronics Corporation from January 31, 2011 to April, 2011, Corporate Controller from May 22, 2000 to April, 2012 and also served as its Vice President until April, 2012. He has more than 14 years of diverse experience in increasingly responsible management positions. Mr. Ben worked for KPMG in Mergers and Acquisitions and for Ernst & Young as an Auditor. Mr. Ben served as Division Controller of the Consumer Packaging Division for Ivex Packaging Corporation. Prior to Ivex, Mr. Ben served as Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions Services for KPMG Peat Marwick and as a Senior International Auditor at Abbott Laboratories, where he spend significant time in traveling to more than 35 countries. He also worked in financial planning and analysis. He received his certificate of public accountancy in 1986 and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois. Mr. Ben received an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago in 1995 and has an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1986.

Ms. Wendy S. Diddell serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Richardson Healthcare. Ms. Diddell has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Richardson Electronics Ltd. since June 2007 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since December 23, 2015. She served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Richardson Healthcare and Canvys. She served as General Manager of Canvys from June 2009 to June 2015. She served as Acting General Manager of Supply Chain at Richardson Electronics Ltd. From February 2006 to June 2007, she served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Security Systems Division at Richardson Electronics Ltd. She served as Vice President and General Manager, Security Systems Division of Richardson Electronics Ltd. since June 1, 2004. She served as a Management Consultant for the Security Systems Division of Richardson Electronics Ltd from July 2003 to 2004. She served as a Senior Vice President of Sales of MDI, Inc. since August 2000 and previously served as its Vice President of Consumer Group from July 1997 to August 2000. She served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ultrak Inc. from 1997 to June 2003, a global manufacturer of closed circuit television and access control systems for the commercial and government markets. From April 1991 to July 1997, Ms. Diddell was employed by Philips Consumer Electronics Company in various capacities, with her last position being National Account Director.

Mr. Gregory J. Peloquin, also known as Greg, has been an Executive Vice President of Power & Microwave Technologies Group at Richardson Electronics Ltd. since June 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President of Electron Device Group since June 2014. Mr. Peloquin served as the President at Richardson RFPD, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the RF & Wireless Communications Group of Richardson Electronics Ltd. from January 15, 2002 to March 1, 2011 and its Vice President of RF & Wireless Communications Group from November 1999 to 2002. Mr. Peloquin first joined Richardson Electronics Ltd. in 1990 and held various positions in product management until 1997. He joined Motorola, Inc. in 1997. Mr. Peloquin served as a Director of Global Distribution for Wireless Infrastructure Division, which position he held until he rejoined Richardson Electronics Ltd. in 1999. He served as Director of Global Distribution for Wireless Infrastructure Division at Motorola Solutions, Inc. from 1997 to 1999.

Jerald Olsen serves as the Vice President Healthcare Sales and Corporate Business Development of Richardson Electronics, Ltd.. Jerald started at Richardson Electronics, Ltd. in February of 2018. Jerald currently resides in Greater Salt Lake City Area.
