A native of NJ with a competitive spirit, Paul Conway, President of Nimlok NYC and Rockway Exhibits + Events, has forged a 30-year career by developing meaningful relationships with individual clients, companies, vendors, and communities. Since starting his sales career as a bartender in 1985, Paul has built on his curious, can-do nature and honed a unique set of skills that allow Paul to connect with contacts and colleagues from all walks of life. Since starting Exposition Sales & Design, Inc dba/ as Nimlok NYC after leaving GES in 2001, Paul’s diligence and warm approach has led to new partnerships with clients nationwide. A hands-on leader with a deep commitment to comprehensive customer service, Paul’s work has helped companies become more profitable through a focus on full-service solutions. Under Paul’s leadership, Nimlok NYC’s trade show clients not only have access to custom trade show booths, but also graphic design, strategy, logistics and show floor services. Paul’s devotion to detail and quality relationships means that clients are well taken care of through every phase of attending a show, allowing the company attending to focus on closing sales and building their business. Paul is proud to have led Nimlok NYC to be the #1 producing, independently owned distributor for Nimlok in the world, and, in 2011, he opened Nimlok Orlando (now Rockway Exhibits + Events) to achieve the same level of success in the southeast market. In his personal life, Paul has a deep belief in giving back to the community, and he works to support a number of charitable organizations, including the Red Cross, American heart association, The American Cancer Society, Covenant House, Susan Komen Breast Cancer and the ALS foundation to fight Lou Gehrig’s disease.

Matt Kleinrock serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Rockway Exhibits + Events. Matt started at Rockway Exhibits + Events in August of 2018. Matt is based in the Orlando, Florida Area.
