Mr. Stephen D. Okland, Jr., also known as Steve, has been Commercial Vice President for U.S. & Canada at Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. since March 24, 2016. Mr. Okland served as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Medivance, Inc. He served as a Vice President of Americas and Europe Sales at Miramar Labs, Inc. He served as the Head of Sales and Marketing of Vasca, Inc. Mr. Okland served as Vice President of Sales and Chief Operating Officer at Vasca, Inc. His responsibilities included sales, marketing, research and development and operations for this early stage company. He served as Vice President of Sales of Avitar Inc., since January 2006. He served as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for United States at The Spectranetics Corporation since February 12, 2008 and also served as its Vice President of Sales from February 2006 to February 2007. Mr. Okland has over 20 years of medical device sales and marketing experience including extensive experience with innovative implantable medical device technologies. He joined Vasca, Inc. in May 2003, where he served several sales, marketing and senior management positions. From April 1991 to May 2003, he served various positions of increasing responsibility at Boston Scientific Corporation and Microvasive where he served as its Director of Sales and Group Marketing Manager in Urology Division, where he led the launch of several strategic new products while leading a project team assigned to implement the split of a 110-person sales organization. Mr. Okland served as National Director of Sales for a urology-based domestic field sales organization. His responsibilities included physician-to-physician training, group purchasing organizations and strategic new business due diligence. He served in various marketing, field sales training and sales positions during his tenure at Boston Scientific. He served Johnson & Johnson Medical, Inc. for three years, where he served sales & sales training positions. He was presented with a My Boss is a Patriot Certificate. Mr. Okland holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, with a double major in Finance and Marketing. He holds an MBA from Texas Christian University in 1988 and BBA from University of Wisconsin in 1986.

Mr. Edward David Randolph has been Vice President of Manufacturing at Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Randolph served as Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Boston Scientific Corp. from 2003 to 2007. From 2001 to 2003, he served as Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Cygnus, Inc. He received his Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University and his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Thomas B. Miller, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. since May 2014. Mr. Miller serves as Corporate Secretary at Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. Mr. Miller served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ixia from March 2000 to March 3, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From March 1997 to October 1999, he served as a Director of Finance and Controller of CoCensys, a biotechnology research and development company. He has been a Director of Catapult Communications Corp. since June 2009. Mr. Miller received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Gregoire Cosendai, also known as Greg, Ph.D. has been Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. since October 19, 2017 and previously served as its Vice President of European Operations from 2010 to September 29, 2017 and served as its Director of European Operations from 2008 to 2010. From 2005 to 2008, Dr. Cosendai was a Consultant for Second Sight. From 2001 to 2008, he served as Director of Business Development for the Alfred E. Mann Foundation. From 1995 to 2001, he was clinical engineer at the ENT clinic at the Geneva Hospital. He received a PhD from EPFL Lausanne on developing new speech coding strategies for cochlear implants and a Master of Electrical Engineering (Ing. dipl. EPFL elec.) from EPFL Lausanne.

Ted Randolph serves as the VP of Manufacturing for Second Sight Medical Products. Ted started at Second Sight Medical Products in December of 2007. Ted is based in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Amit Kukreja serves as the VP Global Reimbursement & Market Access for Second Sight Medical Products. Amit started at Second Sight Medical Products in October of 2016. Amit is based in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Sheryl LeDuc serves as the Chief Engineer, Software Development for Second Sight Medical Products. Sheryl started at Second Sight Medical Products in September of 2017. Sheryl is based in the Phoenix, Arizona Area.
