Mr. David Hendel has been the Vice President, Research and Development at Silicom Ltd. since 1995. Mr. Hendel served as a Senior Hardware Engineer of Silicom Ltd. from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Hendel previously served as an Engineer in the Intelligence Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces. He holds a B.sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Mr. Avi Eizenman co-founded Silicom Ltd. in 1987 and has been its Chairman of the Board since April 1, 2001. Mr. Eizenman served as the Chief Executive Officer of Silicom Ltd. since its inception in 1986 until April 2001 and its President from 1987 to April 2001. Mr. Eizenman served as head of the ASIC department at Scitex Ltd. in 1986. From 1979 to 1985, Mr. Eizenman held various positions, including project manager, ASIC specialist and engineer, with the Electronic Research & Development Department of the Israeli Ministry of Defense. He has been Director of Silicom Ltd. since 1987. Mr. Eizenman holds a B.Sc. degree, with honors, in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and an M.B.A. degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Eran Gilad has been Chief Financial Officer of Silicom Ltd. since May 2005 and its Company Secretary since 2012. Mr. Gilad served as the Vice President of Finance & Operation at Frontline PCB Solutions Ltd. from 2002 to 2004. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Gilad held senior financial and operational positions at -Lynx Photonic Networks Inc. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Gilad held senior financial positions at Technomatix Technologies Ltd. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds an M.A in Economics from Tel-Aviv University and a B.A in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
