Mr. Sanjay Kumar Shrestha has been President of Sky Capital Americas at Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. since April 15, 2015 and has been its Chief Investment Officer since August 2015. Mr. Shrestha served as the Managing Director and Investment Banker at FBR & Co. (alternate name, FBR Capital Markets Corporation) since November 13, 2013. He served as Managing Director and Senior Analyst at Lazard Capital Markets LLC, Research Division. He joined Lazard Capital Markets in February 2007, where he served as Head of Global Alternative Energy and industrial sustainability and covered the alternative energy sector. Earlier, he worked at Gleacher & Company, Inc., Research Division. He was a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at Broadpoint Capital Inc., Research Division, where he built its alternative energy and industrial research practice. He hosted specialized and focused industry conferences, including solar conferences and electric transmission and distribution conferences. He joined Gleacher & Company in 2000. He was an Analyst at C.L King and Associates, where he covered the broad industrial sector. He has experience as a Consultant in retail banking and as a software entrepreneur. He worked at First Albany Capital and began his career at C.L. King & Associates. At Lazard Capital Markets, he won numerous accolades and industry awards for market leading coverage of the energy sector. He has been recognized by Forbes and Starmine as the number one Earnings Estimator for 2006 and the number one Stock Picker for 2007. He ranked top five global stock pickers by Bloomberg magazine. He is often quoted as an industry expert in by the media including: The Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily, Barron's, Business Week, Forbes, CNN, CNBC and CNNfn. He has been keynote speaker at NYSSA's Annual Alternative Energy Conference each year since 2003. He received BS in Finance from The College of St. Rose.

Mr. Jianmin Wang, also known as Andrew has been Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board at Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. since May 2011. Mr. Wang is responsible for all financial accounting and capital management aspects. He also leads the information and technology and corporate legal compliance function, as well as acting as the secretary of the board. Mr. Wang has extensive experience with financial services and accounting. He served as Audit Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Shanghai) from July 1993 to February 1999. He served as Finance Director at Avery (China) Co., Ltd. from March 1999 to December 2005. He was Financial Director at Invista Apparel Asia Pacific from January 2006 to May 2007. He served as Financial Controller at Otis China Holdings Ltd from June 2007 to April 2008. He was Corporate Finance Director of Suntech Power Holdings Ltd. from April 2008 to April 2011. He has been a Director of Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. since October 2015. Mr. Wang is a Professional Accountant. Mr. Wang was awarded an Executive Master of Business Administration by Washington University in St. Louis in December 2004. Mr. Wang was awarded a Bachelor of Accounting by Shanghai University of Science and Engineering in July 1993. He has been a member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountant since August 1995.

Ms. Ronghui Zhang has been Executive Vice President at Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. since December 2016 and its Managing Director for Europe (Excluding Spain) since September 2013. Ms. Zhang served as Managing Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. since September 2013. Ms. Zhang is responsible for Sky Solar's operations in Europe (excluding Spain) including day-to-day operations, business and project development, IPP asset management etc. She was Managing Director of Sky Solar's Greek and Bulgarian operations since December 2009. She was responsible for the development and construction of solar parks in Greece and Bulgaria, as well as for overseeing the operation and management of Sky Development Renewable Energy Resources and Sky Solar Bulgaria. Prior to joining Sky Solar, She was General Manager of China Tours S.A. from September 1996 to March 2007. She was a Chinese teacher at the Foreign Language Teaching Unit of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens from October 2002 to September 2006. She was then Vice President of Hella-China International Exchange Centre from May 2004 to March 2007. She has also been the Vice President of The Greek-China Peaceful Unification Promotion Council in Greece since 2005 and Director of Chinese Overseas Friendship Association since 2008. She graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a bachelor's in Informatics and Telecommunications on May 2002.
