Ms. Joanna Lv has been Acting Chief Financial Officer of Sohu.com Inc. since July 31, 2016. Ms. Lv served as a Senior Finance Director of Sohu.com Inc. and was in charge of day-to-day finance operations, including financial reporting, budget planning and treasury. Ms. Lv joined Sohu.com in August 2000. She has extensive experience in financial management and is involved in multiple strategic financial projects for Sohu. Ms. Lv received her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing and an EMBA Degree from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Xiaojian Hong has been the Chief Operating Officer of Changyou.com Limited since January 2013. Mr. Hong served as Chief Technology Officer of Changyou.com Limited of Sohu.com Inc. until January 2013. Mr. Hong has over nine years ofexperience in the computer game industry. He joined Sohu's product development department in 2005 and was responsible for the design of the technology framework of TLBB. He was one of the principal founders of MMORPG business. Mr. Hong has significant experience in the security, efficiency and stability of online games software and operations. He served as Senior Manager of Sohu and played a key role in building Sohu's MMORPG software development division and was responsible for strategic planning for technology framework design and module development for MMORPG business. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Hong worked at Sina and served as its research and development manager of its iGAME project. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Hong served as Manager of Research and Development of Beijing Tian Ren Interactive Software Technologies Co. Ltd., responsible for in-house digital games design and development and introduction, distribution and localization of popular overseas games products. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Hong served as a project manager of Object Software (Beijing) Limited. Mr. Hong received a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Beijing Technology University.

Ms. Xuemei Zhang, also known as Sherry, has been Vice President of Operations & Human Resources at Sohu.com Inc., since April 27, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Human Resources and Administration since 2012 until April 27, 2017. From 2000 to 2007, Ms. Zhang served as a HR Manager and Director at Sohu.com Inc. From 2007 to 2012, she served as a Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration at Sohu.com Inc. Prior to Sohu, she worked with Bausch & Lomb for 5 years. She obtained a bachelor's degree from East China University of Metallurgy and a master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
