Mr. David P. Heintzman has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company since January 2006. Mr. Heintzman served as President of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company from 1992 to July 2008. He has been instrumental in the Stock Yards Bank's growth strategies and profitable execution. He joined Stock Yards Bank in 1985 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He worked as a certified public accountant for an international accounting firm. He holds an accounting degree.

Ms. Kathy C. Thompson has been Senior Executive Vice President of Wealth Management Group at Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company since May 16, 2017. Ms. Thompson served as a Senior Executive Vice President of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company since January 2006 until May 16, 2017. Ms. Thompson served as a Manager of the Investment Management and Trust Department along with the sales, service and marketing area of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company until May 16, 2017. She served as an Executive Vice President of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company until January 2006. She joined Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. on January 18, 2005. Ms. Thompson served as Senior Executive Vice President and Wealth Management Group Manager of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Co Inc, Asset Management Arm. She has been a Director of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company since 1994.

Mr. James A. Hillebrand has been the President of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, Inc., since July 15, 2008 and July 1, 2008 respectively. Mr. Hillebrand served as an Executive Vice President of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. from January 2005 to July 2008. He served as a Senior Vice President of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company and was responsible for Private Banking and expansion efforts into the Indianapolis market. Mr. Hillebrand joined Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company in 1996. He served as a Director of Private Banking of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company. Mr. Hillebrand is a 12-year veteran of Stock Yards Bank & Trust is responsible for overseeing commercial banking and private banking, along with all retail banking, including the residential mortgage company. He has 20 years of banking experience spanning the areas of private banking, commercial lending and retail banking. He began his career with PNC Bank in 1988, now BB&T, in 1994. He has been a Director of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. since July 1, 2008 and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company since 1996. He served as a Director of Indiana Business Bancorp. He is a graduate of Bellarmine University.

Ms. Nancy B. Davis has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. since 1999 and 1993 respectively and Treasurer and Secretary. Ms. Davis serves as Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company. She has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Stock Yards Bank & Trust since 1999 and 1993 respectively. Prior thereto, she served as Senior Vice President of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and Stock Yards Bank & Trust. She joined the Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company in 1991.

Mr. Philip S. Poindexter, also known as Phil, has been the Chief Lending Officer of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company since July 2008. Mr. Poindexter has been an Executive Vice President of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company since December 13, 2004. He serves as Executive Vice President of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. and has been its Chief Lending Officer since July 2008. He served as Director of Commercial Lending for Stock Yards Bank & Trust Co, Inc. from December 13, 2004 to July 2008. Mr. Poindexter's banking career began in 1989 as Commercial Lender for NCNB Bank (now Bank of America) in South Florida. In 1992, he began working for PNC Bank in Louisville as Corporate Banker. He then moved to Jefferson Bank, the predecessor of BB&T, in 1994 and served as City Executive for BB&T, managing all commercial banking functions for the Louisville region. Mr. Poindexter is a Louisville native. He attended Ballard High School and graduated from Indiana University in 1989.

Nancy Davis serves as the CFO of Stock Yards Bank & Trust. Nancy started at Stock Yards Bank & Trust in July of 1991. Nancy currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky Area.

Barrett Thomas serves as the Senior Vice President of Stock Yards Bank & Trust. Barrett started at Stock Yards Bank & Trust in April of 2005. Barrett currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky Area.
