Dr. Olaf Karasch has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of TOR Minerals International Inc. since July 1, 2006. Dr. Karasch served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at TOR Minerals International Inc. since September 4, 2002. He served as Managing Director of TOR's wholly owned Netherlands subsidiary, TP&T, since joining Tor Minerals International Inc., on May 16, 2001. In January 1996, Dr. Karasch served as Managing Director for Flohme Chrome Plating and Plasma Coating. In 1997, he joined the Royal Begemann Group in the Netherlands until its purchase by TOR in 2001. He has been a Director of TOR Minerals International Inc. since July 1, 2006. Dr. Karasch holds a Ph.D. in Mineralogy at Reinisch-Westfalische University in Aachen, Germany where he specialized in submicronization of particle size reduction below one micron.

Ms. Barbara Russell has been the Chief Financial Officer of TOR Minerals International Inc. since February 12, 2010. Ms. Russell has been Secretary of TOR Minerals International Inc. since May 23, 2008. She served as controller of TOR Minerals International Inc., since 1999. She served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of TOR Minerals International Inc., since May 2008. She served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of TOR Minerals International, Inc., from October 2006 to December 31, 2006. She also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Tor Minerals International Inc. since February 2001 and Treasurer from May 2001 to October 15, 2003. Ms. Russell joined TOR Minerals International, Inc. in 1997 as Accounting Manager. Prior to her association with TOR Minerals International, Inc., she served as Controller and Executive Director of the South Texas Lighthouse for the Blind from 1972 to 1996. She has been a Trustee of TOR Minerals International Inc. since May 23, 2008. Ms. Russell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi.

Mr. Mark J. Schomp has been an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TOR Minerals International Inc. since July 1, 2006. Mr. Schomp served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of TOR Minerals International, Inc. from September 4, 2002. Mr. Schomp spent 15 years in sales and sales management with AluSussie-Lonza. He has wide experience in selling pigments and fillers to plastics and coatings applications. Mr. Schomp joined TOR Minerals International, Inc.'s sales department in 2001.

Elizabeth K. Morgan has been a Director Administration of TOR Minerals International, Inc. since 1999 and as its Assistant to the President since September 1988. Ms. Morgan served as Secretary of TOR Minerals International, Inc. since November 1988. Prior to joining TOR Minerals International, Inc., Ms. Morgan served as Administrative Assistant to the President of Carl Oil & Gas Co. She served as a Director of TOR Minerals International Inc.
