Mr. Mark-Anthony Lovell Mey, Sr., has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Transocean Ltd. since May 28, 2015. Mr. Mey served as the Chief Financial Officer of Atwood Oceanics, Inc. from August 2010 to May 27, 2015 and as its Executive Vice President from January 1, 2015 to May 27, 2015. Including his almost five years at Atwood, he has over 28 years of experience in the energy and financial services industries in both the United States and South Africa. Mr. Mey served as Senior Vice President at Atwood Oceanics, Inc. since August 2010 until January 1, 2015 and also served as its Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer for Scorpion Offshore Ltd. until July 2010 and also served as its Senior Vice President from December 2005 to July 2010. He joined Scorpion Offshore Ltd. after twelve years at Noble Corporation. He served as a Vice President and a Treasurer of Noble Corporation. He served as a Director of Transocean Partners LLC from June 2015 to December 9, 2016. He also served as a Director of Internal Audit of Scorpion. His experience included three years in financial consulting and four years in public accounting in the U.S. and South Africa. Mr. Mey served as a Director of Scorpion Offshore Ltd. from June, 2008 to July 2010. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa in 1985 and he is a chartered accountant. Additionally, Mr. Mey completed the Harvard Business School Executive Advanced Management Program in 1998.

Mr. John B. Stobart has been the Chief Operating Officer of Transocean Ltd. since October 1, 2012 and serves as its Executive Vice President and has been its Chief Performance Officer since September 18, 2017. Mr. Stobart joined the Transocean Ltd. in October 2012. Mr. Stobart served as Vice President, Global Drilling for BHP Billiton Petroleum from July 2011 to October 2012. At BHP Billiton, he also served as Worldwide Drilling Manager for BHP Billiton in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. from January 1995 to June 2011 and as Senior Drilling Engineer, Senior Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Superintendent and Drilling Manager in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, India, Burma, Malaysia, Vietnam and Australia from June 1988 to December 1994. Mr. Stobart served as Engineering Manager at Husky/Bow Valley from November 1984 to May 1988, and he worked in engineering roles at Dome Petroleum/Canadian Marine Drilling from May 1980 to October 1984. He began his career working on land rigs in Canada and the High Arctic in June 1971. Mr. Stobart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 1980, and he completed the London Business School Accelerated Development Program in 2000.
