Mrs. Siew Kuan Lee-Soon has been Vice-President at Trio-Tech International since July 1, 2015. Mrs. Lee Soon is overseeing the Logistics and Human Resources functions in Asia, as well as the Trio Tech's Fabrication Services Operations.

Mr. H. M. Ting, also known as Victor, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Trio-Tech International since November 1992. Mr. Ting first joined Trio-Tech as the Financial Controller for Trio Tech International's Singapore subsidiary in 1980 and served as Business Manager from 1985 to 1989. He served as Director of Finance and Sales & Marketing of Trio-Tech International since December 1989 and also served as General Manager of the Singapore subsidiary. He has been a Director at Trio-Tech International since September 16, 2010. Mr. Ting holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Hwee Poh Lim, also known as Richard, serves as Vice-President of Testing at Trio-Tech International and served as its Corporate Vice President of Testing since July 1998. Mr. Lim served as the General Manager of Trio Tech International's Malaysia subsidiary since 1991 and General Manager of test facilities in Southeast Asia since February 1993. He joined Trio-Tech in 1982 and served as Quality Assurance Manager since 1985 and Operations Manager in 1988, Business Manager since 1990 and was responsible for the Malaysian operations in Penang and Kuala Lumpur. He holds Diplomas in Electronics & Communications and Industrial Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. A. Charles Wilson serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ernest Packaging Solutions, Inc. Mr. Wilson served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Trio Tech International from 1981 to 1989. Mr. Wilson has been the Chairman at Trio-Tech International since 1989 and has been its Director since 1966. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Earnest Paper Products Inc. and Daico Industries Inc. He serves as the Chairman of Ernest Paper Products Inc. He admitted to practice law in California.
