Dr. Willem Hendrik van Niekerk, Ph.D has been Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Tronox Limited since June 15, 2012. Mr. Timothy Craig Carlson, also known as Tim, serves as Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Tronox Alkali Corporation. Mr. Carlson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Tronox Limited since October 31, 2016. Mr. Carlson served as the Chief Financial Officer of Precision Valve Corporation since July 31, 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at ATMI Inc. from September 7, 2007 to May 2014. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of ATMI Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development of ATMI Inc. since August 9, 2005 until March 2007 and also served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager of Packaging from March 2007 to September 7, 2007. Mr. Chuck Mancini serves as the Chief Integration & Performance Officer and Senior Vice President of Tronox Limited. Mr. Mancini joined Tronox in April 2012. Mr. Mancini served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Name Registry since October 2002. Mr. Mancini served as Chief Executive Officer of Nameplanet.com. His experience includes a successful track record of corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions. He served as Chief Operating Officer of PICS Telecom. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Current Group and One Communications. He served as Chief Executive Officer of ECI Conference Services. Mr. Mancini worked in senior operating roles at Global Crossing Ltd., including Senior Vice President and General Manager of GlobalCenter Europe web hosting business. He also held senior financial management roles at Frontier Corporation (acquired by Global Crossing in 1999), including Vice President of Corporate Development. He served for eight years at Frontier and Global Crossing. Mr. Mancini worked in the Financial Advisory Services practice at Coopers & Lybrand and at SunTrust Banks. He served at Global Crossing North America, Inc. Mr. Mancini ran Sales & Marketing for Global Crossing Europe, M&A for Frontier Communications and held positions in the Financial Advisory Services Group at Coopers & Lybrand and at SunTrust Banks. Mr. Mancini has been a Director of Global Name Registry since October 2002. Mr. Mancini served as a Director of Nameplanet.com. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Florida State University and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Mr. Richard Lawrence Muglia, J.D., has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tronox Limited since March 1, 2014. Mr. Muglia was a Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He concentrates in the areas of public and private securities financings, with an emphasis on international and cross-border offerings, including privatizations. Mr. Muglia has advised many non-U.S. companies in connection with their financings in the United States and abroad as well as numerous investment banking firms involved in U.S. and international financings. In addition, he is experienced in offerings that are exempt from U.S. SEC registration provided by Regulation S and Rule 144A. He has been a Director of Tronox Sands Investment Funding Ltd and Tronox Australia Pigments Holdings Pty Limited since May 2014. Mr. Muglia has been a E. Richard Weinerman Fellow of Yale University. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1982 where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, M.P.H. from Yale University in 1976 and B.A. cum laude from Williams College in 1973.

Mr. Robert D. Agdern is the Founder of Value Negotiation. Mr. Agdern served as Deputy General Counsel at BP PLC, where he was responsible for western hemisphere matters from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Agdern served as President of Atlantic Richfield Company from April 18, 2000 to November 13, 2000. He was President of BP America Inc. and BP Amoco Corporation, two wholly owned subsidiaries of BP from April 2000 to November 2000 and served as Vice President since November 2000. He served as an Associate General Counsel at Amoco Corporation from 1993 to 1998. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of both companies from April 1999 to April 2000.
