Mr. Dunde Yu, also known as Donald, co-founded Tuniu Corporation in December 2006 and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since December 2006. Mr. Yu served as the Chief Technology Officer of ci123.com in 2006, where he helped ci123.com become a leading Chinese childcare website. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Yu served as the Technical Director of Bokee.com. Mr. Yu received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Southeast University in China in 2003.

Mr. Haifeng Yan, also known as Alex, co-founded Tuniu Corporation in December 2006 and served as its President from May 2015 to November 17, 2017 and served as its Chief Operating Officer until November 17, 2017. Mr. Yan was one of the founding members and the Chief Operating Officer of ci123.com, from 2005 to 2006, where he was responsible for daily operations and helped ci123.com become a leading Chinese childcare website. Mr. Yan served as an Analyst of iTech Holdings Limited in 2004. He has been a Director of Tuniu Corporation since December 2006.

Ms. Yi Xin, also known as Maria, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Tuniu Corporation since November 17, 2017 and served as its Investor Relations and Strategic Investment Senior Director. Ms. Xin served as Investor Relations Director of Tuniu Corporation. She served as an Investor Relations Director of E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc. Ms. Xin joined Tuniu in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets with US-listed companies. While at Tuniu, Ms. Xin has held various key roles at the Company such as Vice President of investor relations, strategic investments and international media. Prior to Tuniu, Ms. Xin worked in equity research at China Renaissance, a leading financial institution in China. Prior to China Renaissance, Ms. Xin worked at E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc., a leading business-to-consumer e-commerce company in China then listed on the NYSE and at New Oriental Education and Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU), the largest provider of private educational services in China. Ms. Xin received Bachelor's degrees in economics and law from Nankai University.

Mr. Wei Zhang has been an Executive Vice President of Tuniu Corporation since June 2, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President since May 2015 until June 2, 2017. Mr. Zhang has been the Secretary to the board of directors, Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Secretary and the Chief Executive Director of Hiteker High Technology Co., Ltd. since 1998. Mr. Zhang worked in Jiangsu Hiteker High-tech Co., Ltd. from 2000 to 2015 in various roles such as vice president and Executive President. Mr. Zhang serves as General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the party's committee of Jiangsu VC. He served as Non-executive Director at China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co. since July 27, 2006. Mr. Zhang has been a Director of NGC. He has been a Director of Hiteker High Technology Co., Ltd. since 1998. He serves as a Director of Jiangsu VC. He serves as also a Director of Jiangsu VC which in turn owns and controls Wise-Win Technology Limited. He is a University Graduate in semi-conductor physics. Mr. Zhang received a master's degree of business administration from a joint program between Renmin University of China and University of Wales in 2013.
