Mr. Samuel A. Landy has been Chief Executive Officer, President of UMH Properties Inc. since 1995. Mr. Landy served as the Vice President at UMH Properties from 1991 to 1995. Ms. Anna T. Chew, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President since 1995 and Director since 2010 of UMH Properties Inc., and served as its Controller from 1991 to 1995. Previously, Ms. Chew served as Treasurer from 2010 to 2014, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer at Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation from March 30, 2012 to July 2, 2012. She served as the Chief Financial Officer at Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation from 1991 to June 2, 2010 and Chief Accounting Officer until June 2, 2010. She served as the Chief Financial Officer at Monmouth Capital Corporation of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation from 2003 to 2007 and as its Vice President since 2001 until 2007. She served as the Controller at Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation from 1991 to 2003 and Monmouth Capital Corporation from 1991 to 2004. She served as Director of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation from July 2007 to June 20, 2017. She served as a Director of Monmouth Capital Corporation from 1994 to 2007. Ms. Chew served as a Director Emeritus of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation from April 29, 2004 to July 2007 and served as its Director from 1993 to April 29, 2004. Ms. Chew is a Certified Public Accountant of AICPA.

Mr. Michael P. Landy has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation since April 9, 2013 and has been its Director since July 2007 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer from January 2011 to April 2013, Vice President of Investments since 2001, Executive Vice President of Investments since March 2003. Mr. Landy joined Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation in 2001. He served as an Executive Vice President since 2010 until 2012 and as Vice President of Investments since 2001 until 2010 at UMH Properties Inc. He served as the President at Siam Records LLC from 1998 to 2001. He served as the Chief Engineer and Technical Director at GRP Recording Company from 1987 to 1998. Mr. Landy has been a Director of UMH Properties Inc., since April 18, 2011.

Christine Lindsey serves as the Vice President of Sales of UMH Properties, Inc. Christine started at UMH Properties, Inc in May of 2003. Christine currently resides in the Greater Memphis Area.

Susan Jordan serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations of UMH Properties, Inc. Susan started at UMH Properties, Inc in Dec of 2002. Susan currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
