Mr. Bernard Schachter has been Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Urban Edge Properties since May 2016. Mr. Schachter oversees Urban Edge's development and property management functions. Mr. Schachter serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Staples, Inc. and has oversight responsibility for retail site selection, store design, construction and facilities and energy management. He also oversees non-store real estate functions including headquarters operations, warehouses, distribution centers, call centers and sales offices. He more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of real estate ownership, development and operation. Mr. Schachter earned a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Real Estate from MIT.

Mr. Mark J. Langer, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Urban Edge Properties since April 20, 2015. Mr. Langer served as the Deputy President and Chief Financial Officer at EQY. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Equity One Inc. since March 2009 and served as its Treasurer. Mr. Langer was responsible for all accounting, investor relations and finance functions and also oversees the Equity One's information technology, sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives. He joined Equity One in January 2008 and previously served as a Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Administrative Officer from January 2008 to January 2011. Mr. Langer was with Johnson Capital Management Inc. since 2000 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from January 2000 to December 2007, overseeing the infrastructure, technology and portfolio management functions while working with third party broker dealers to assess investment opportunities. He served as an Audit Partner of KPMG LLP since 1998 in Washington, DC where he was also responsible for recruiting, employee training and practice development programs. From 1988 to 2000, Mr. Langer is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Langer received a BBA degree in Accounting from James Madison University.

Mr. Michael Zucker has been Executive Vice President of Leasing at Urban Edge Properties since March 7, 2016. Mr. Zucker served as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Urban Edge Properties until March 2016. Mr. Zucker was responsible for all leasing activities within the Urban Edge portfolio. He joined Vornado in 2004 and held a variety of leasing positions and capitalizing on his broad and deep retailer relationships, ultimately oversaw the mall business, including leasing, specialty retail and marketing. Mr. Zucker also played pivotal roles on complex redevelopment projects including the Outlets at Bergen Town Center and Springfield Town Center. He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the George Washington University.

Mr. Robert Minutoli has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Urban Edge Properties since December 29, 2014. Mr. Minutoli served as an Executive Vice President and Director of New Business GGP-TRC L.L.C. Mr. Minutoli served as an Executive Vice President of Retail Segment at Vornado Realty Trust since April 2013. He served as Senior Vice President - Retail of Vornado Realty Trust from April 2009 to April 2013. Mr. Minutoli graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and has an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Mr. Robert C. Milton, III, has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Urban Edge Properties since joining in January 2016. Mr. Milton served as the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of CIFC LLC (Also known as CIFC Corp.) from November 1, 2011 to August 7, 2015. He served as Treasurer at CIFC Deerfield Corp. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of CIFC LLC from May 2, 2012 to December 31, 2012. He served as a Managing Director of CIFC Corp. (and its predecessor) from August 2008 to August 2015. From 1999 to 2008 he was an attorney with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in its Global Finance department. He served as the General Counsel at CIFC Asset Management LLC and its predecessor entity since 2008. He has over 13 years of legal experience in asset management, corporate lending, structured finance and banking. Prior to joining CIFC, he served as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he worked in the Corporate Finance Group in both the New York and London offices advising asset managers, banks, underwriters, hedge funds and other financial institutions across a wide range of domestic and cross border transactions. Mr. Milton holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2000 and a B.A. in Mathematics from Vassar College.

Ms. Judith Knop has been Senior Vice President of Development & Construction at Urban Edge Properties since January 26, 2017 and served as Vice President of Development & Construction until January 26, 2017. Ms. Knop served as Vice President of Development at Vornado from 2007 to Urban Edge's formation. During that period, she managed development and construction projects on more than half of its retail properties and was also responsible for environmental compliance sustainability. Ms. Knop holds a Master of Engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering from Rutgers University and is a registered professional engineer.

Scott Auster serves as the Senior Vice President of Urban Edge Properties. Scott started at Urban Edge Properties in Nov of 2018. Scott currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Cecilia Li serves as the SVP Information Technology of Urban Edge Properties. Cecilia started at Urban Edge Properties in Jan of 2018. Cecilia currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
