Ms. Karen Eliadis, CPA, serves as a Chief Financial Officer at VantagePoint Capital Partners. Ms. Eliadis serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Lux Capital Management. She serves as a Financial Consultant to Lux Capital Management and oversees its financial reporting and analytics, compliance, audit and tax, human relations and IT. She is also a Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Laurel Advisors, LLC. Ms. Eliadis served as the Chief Financial Officer at BlueRun Ventures, which she joined in 2007. She served at Sofinnova Ventures as Director of Finance where she was responsible for all financial aspects. She held senior finance positions at several large organizations. Ms. Eliadis served as a Managing Director of Finance for a private equity firm and held senior finance positions in several large organizations. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Eliadis is a Board Member of the West Coast Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association since July 2013. She was a Co-Chair and Board Member at VCBC. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Eliadis holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.

Gene Gable serves as the Vice President Marketing Communications of VantagePoint Capital Partners. Gene started at VantagePoint Capital Partners in December of 2009. Gene currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.
