Mr. Luciano Siracusano, III, has been the Chief Investment Strategist and Director of Sales at WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Siracusano has been an Executive Vice President at WisdomTree Investments, Inc. since March 2011 and has been its Chief Investment Strategist since October 2008. He served as the Head of Sales at WisdomTree Investments, Inc. from March 2011 to June 1, 2015. Mr. Siracusano served as the Director of Sales at the firm from October 2008 till March 2011. He was the Director of Research at the firm from 2001 to October 2008. Mr. Siracusano joined the firm in 1999 as a Research Analyst, a role he held till 2001. Prior to this, he was an Equity Analyst at Value Line, Inc. from 1998 to 1999. Before that, Mr. Siracusano served as a Special Assistant to HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros and as a Special Assistant to New York Governor Mario M. Cuomo. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia College, Columbia University.

Mr. Peter Michael Ziemba, J.D., has been Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor to the CEO & Chief Administrative Officer at WisdomTree Investments, Inc. since January 1, 2018. Mr. Ziemba served as the Chief Legal Officer at WisdomTree Investments, Inc. from March 2011 to January 1, 2018 and its Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs from January 2008 to January 1, 2018 and served as its Secretary. He has extensive experience in the representation of public companies in securities, governance and disclosure matters, mergers and acquisitions and a wide variety of general corporate matters. Mr. Ziemba previously served as the General Counsel from April 2007 to March 2011 at the firm. He represented both issuers and investment banks in numerous public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. He served at Graubard Miller, where he was a Partner in the corporate and securities department. Mr. Ziemba also led Graubard Miller's hedge fund practice, counseling clients with respect to the creation and operation of such funds. He served as a Director of Individual Investor Group Inc. He served as a Director at WisdomTree Investments from June 1996 to 2003. He was Managing Editor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of the Cardozo Law Review. Mr. Ziemba received his J.D. cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. with honors in History from Binghamton University.

Mr. Amit Muni, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Assistant Secretary at WisdomTree Investments, Inc. since March 2008 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Muni serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. He has an extensive financial management experience, encompassing public offerings, reporting, compliance, accounting and investor relations. He served as a Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of various funds in the fund complex of WisdomTree Trust Funds. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. from 2003 to March 2008. At ISE, he was responsible for all controller functions for one of the world's largest equity options trading venues. He joined ISE in July 2003 from Instinet Group Inc., where he served as a Vice President in their Finance Division from 2000 to 2003. He served as a Manager in the capital markets practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP from 1996 to 2000. He also served in the accounting and internal audit departments of the National Securities Clearing Corp., as an Accountant and a Senior Auditor. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Muni holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Pace University.
