He also served as a Senior Vice President of Xcerra Corporation from 1985 to 1994. Mr. Blethen served in a number of senior management positions with Xcerra Corporation since its formation in 1976. Mr. Blethen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Xcerra Corporation from 1994 to October 2005. Mr. Blethen has been the Chairman of the Board at Xcerra Corporation since December 2008. He has been Chairman of Credence Systems Corporation since December 2008. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Diablo Technologies Inc. He served as Chairman of U.K.-based Synad Technologies Ltd.
