all interns are paid (at least the DC minimum wage), which is a real plus, but how much they learn really depends on their supervisor and department.
What's the office layout like at AAUW?
most people have private offices, there are some cubicles. everyone has sit/stand desks and ergonomic chairs. Only interns are in shared spaces.
What benefits does AAUW provide?
4% 401k matching, reasonable health/dental, fitness and transit benefits, and after you have been here for awhile, vacation is amazing.
