There is no balance.
If you want to get ahead, you have to put in serious hours. If you are happy where you are, a normal work week.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at ABC INC?
Management needs to communicate much better. For a communications company, I find this ironic.
It's a boys game there and that must be changed for fear of nothing more than a sexual harassment lawsuit. Been there done that.

There is no work from home policy. They trust no one.

I worked remote so I don't know for sure. When I worked in the office, it was typical just like my previous work at IBM.

Disney makes very good use of promoting themselves and can put in free ads and their own children's programming.
How's the vacation policy at ABC INC?
Two weeks for the first few years and then after a while 3 weeks. If you work there long enough they give you 4 weeks. Very good about personal days and such things like mental health days.
