Trust and flexibility. My manager trusts me to get all my work done, so if I need flexibility during the day, it's typically granted. No micro-managing here! It inspires me to work harder and develops a strong loyalty to the company.

It's very inclusive. They plan lots of great events to bring everyone together, even across departments. We also celebrate diversity well here. They seem to truly care about our success as individuals.
