The interview was casual in nature. Given the requirements of the position, the interview is far too lax. The interview expectations set versus what the real expectations of the job are is not correct at all.

Some members of management and my coworkers keep this company going. How we strive to be there for our clients and each other is remarkable given all the mountains we are faced to climb practically alone. A wonderful group of people who aren't acknowledged enough. Pizza and swag bags don't cut it.

Cohesiveness. Everyone has their own agenda and their own cliques. You have to find a clique and find any way necessary to stay in it. Micromanaging and not recognizing it. We are treated as if we are not adults most of the time. Those who are proficient are micromanaged the most.

We have been strung along by our CEO for months regarding our pay raises. Those who have been with the company make less or just as much as those just hired for the past two months. Health insurance is overpriced for not enough coverage. Other benefits are okay, but don't match family values.

When I can accomplish a goal to help my fellow coworkers. It is rare that we have the communication structure in place to be successful in this avenue. The fact we have been successful as long as we have with our customers is an honest fluke that will catch up to this company very soon.
