Genuine empathetic culture that is driven from leadership. Exciting mission that creates an environment of collaboration and problem solving that is fun and exciting to be a part of the goal. The work culture was great, however, the managers at the sciops department are focused on overworking their lab techs while not meeting their compensation or career needs.
