Respecting and communicating appropriately with workers. If I could rate 0 for management I would. Charged $300 out of pocket fee to an employee for a mistake they made when they didn't get a customers payment. HR needs to get involved. Come into work everyday feeling intimidated. Posting payments. We had a very short training and get no direction when there are errors aside from something is going to lose their job if they don't begin to correct their mistakes.
