Vacation is liberal after the first year. Being that so many work from home, we get to save up vacation time by taking mini-staycations using flex time off.

I don't think there is anything that could improve what we already have. I've been here for a very long time (10+ years) and it gets better all the time.

Although many have never met him face-to-face, there are Town Hall meetings and Webinars that we attend. All in all, he is great.
