QQ understands that just because someone is able to produce good numbers, doesn't mean they are the best leaders. QQ doesn't tolerate poor leadership and genuinely cares about everyone whether they work for QQ or not. I appreciate the effort to attract and retain top talent in an ethical environment

As odd as it is, I feel like executive leadership truely loves me and the work i do. I started when it was a much smaller company, but as we grow, I feel like that cultue hasn't changed. Devlopment is a priority and the opportunities are abundant.
