Good platform but like any buisness or franchise location, population, students, and level of tahe teachers varies from each location. Generaly its good but as pro the money is small byt the value for me is feeling like im sharing my talent with the community mostly kids and thats the best part.

Working at school of rock isnt a job you do to survive, its a job you do because you believe in the idea of the program as well as the students and their education. Working at school of rock isnt sustainable and the employees are worth more than we're paid and treated.

Cocky mysicians
They are good. They work well as a team.
What do people at School of Rock think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
I personally think he is a great addition. I think he will take things to the next level. But the franchise owners are a hit or miss
So far he seems like a great guy. I really appreciate him coming out to the schools and meeting the staff.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at School of Rock?
The culture is great! No complaints
I would have the kids be able To put more input into song selections and show season themes

Technically we have grown very fast. Keeping students
The adult, rookies and 101 programs are taking off. The performance program has hit a stagnant stage.

It’s 75% work and 25% social. Good balance.
How's the vacation policy at School of Rock?
Anyone can take time off whenever. Management needs to notify 2 or months in advance. Even if it’s a day off
It’s great! Very flexible.

For management-NEVER
Maybe yearly. The instructors receive yearly or bi-yearly raises. The full time staff, need to request raises.

The kids and amazing families
The kids! They are so awesome. I really like creating the posters and different event planning.

Working six days a week-53.5 hours a week it’s too much
I love it. But I can get burnt out after awhile.

What social life
Very. I work a lot and I have a family as well.

Not at all
I try to keep challenging myself with new projects and events.

No team outings
We don’t have a lot of outings. But when we are all out it’s a great time. Weather it’s dinner or drinks.
