I have contacted customer (no)service 3 times regarding my order, and was told 3 times that my case would be escalated and i would be contacted within 24 hours by a member of customer service team. Superior quality, Great affordable prices. Excellent customer service. I have only POSITIVE feelings when it comes to Snapfish. If you want your memories preserved in a beautiful album of your choice, size and layout. Snapfish is your answer. I have my own and gifted just as many. Very happy.
