What can this brand most improve?

Allow voucher credit flexibility beyond one year expiration so customers can travel when they feel comfortable rather than forcing a use it or lose it hard line policy. Our family is out $4000 because Sun Country will not extend the dates we can use our voucher from COVID related cancelation.
