What can this brand most improve?

Edge Philadelphia has issues with charging my credit card with unauthorized services. When reported via email or in person; it took 5 contacts before any reply . NOW it has happeded a second time. Unauthorized charges are not acceptable. No acknowledgement of ERROR. Unacceptable.
