open office set-up we have in NYC is stifling, always feels like someone is watching me work. More private working space would help

CEO at Voxy has done a good job at raising funds and managing his investors and BOD. The company has had high turnover - at some level its on the CEO - at all levels over past 2 to 3 years including 3 CTOs, 3 heads of talent (HR), 2 heads of marketing and recently lost 5 of 8 software engineers in Brazil office.
