Very competitive pay. The insurance is the best I've had. My out of pocket is below $100. My dental plan is out of this world good. PTO and holidays. My kitten is happy about the pet insurance too.

Company has been growing, and the more the company grows the benefits have gotten better. The benefits are great, only wish they would offer a 401k or retirement plan of the sort.

I don't feel under valued. However, there is no retirement plans provided by the firm.

I don't feel undervalued at all - if anything, I think that the staff I work with on a consistent basis always expresses their thanks and appreciation for the hard work we put in on a daily basis.

Would like a 401k plan with the firm to match at least 5percent. I think it should given to employees who have been with the firm after a year
