I've learned from my mistakes with this company more than any other which I appreciate but I wish I would have had access to the most current procedures so I wouldn't have had to make half of the mistakes

Great service by all of their staff

What can this brand most improve?

Below average customer service specifically at the Ventura branch in Albuquerque, NM. The Southern branch in Rio Rancho is much better but overall I have found this bank to be subpar.

talk to your customers before you make decisions about their abilities to have access to their account information.
