We are a family. Work hard and get things done as a team

What can this brand most improve?

Standing up and doing the right thing after they've something obviously wrong. Stop throwing their legal team to delay results, distract the focus from reality and try wear down individuals with the resources of a corporate bank. They didn't learn from bad practices when they lost a fraud case.
