Microchip claims it's culture is one of innovation and respect. It's actual culture is one of retaliation and favoritism. It lurches from one overcorrection to the next. It rewards the worst instincts of its management.
Like other companies has some politics. Some people get ahead because they appear to be competent. Teams here are pretty good.

Assa Abloy has always been there for my family growing up and now being a part of the company I can see that they don't treat their employees as employees but more like family. I've never experienced a more welcoming and accepting company than this. I'll bleed Assa Abloy blue for years to come.
